Patio slabs looks great when first laid but after a few years they can start to show their age as moss and plants begin the fill the gaps between the slabs. Here we have another Conservatory cleaning job we have recently completed in a beautiful village in Dudley. The customers are currently renovating their whole property and wanted to to clean both the inside and exterior of their conservatory. The roof and frames were green from the wet months and it was in desperate need of a clean as you can see from the picture. The insides hadn’t been cleaned in years and had built up black mould in the corners of the windows and along the white silicone. We used special products to remove the mould from the corners and brought the whites back to nearly new.

We treat the roof and frame to remove dirt and algae, then clean out the guttering and clean the external windows to bring the Conservatory back to its best.

The Build up of moss on a roof is not unsightly but can lead to blocked gutters and drains. Moss will only thrive on damp or wet surfaces and moisture retained in the roof tile enables moss spores to establish themselves and stick to the roof tiles.

We were asked to quote this client to just clean the gutters on their property and garage but they then decided to have their side roof and garage roof cleaned. As stated above due to all the moss on the garage roof it was causing the gutters to block and overflow.

With an important visit due our client asked us to clean the windows and cladding at two of their sites. Due to the work carried out at the site the windows and cladding were very dirty and also had an infestation of spiders.

Our client had informed us that they had a large amount of water flowing over one of their side gutters and it was trickling down the side of their property into a lower gutter which was also blocked.

We removed all of the debris and small blockages from the gutters and also cleaned all of their fascias, soffits, windows and the exterior of the guttering.

While we don’t always recommend the use of gutter guards our clients is surrounded by large trees and struggles with the amount of leaves falling over the autumn and winter months. We previously had been out to clean and install gutter guards at her own residential property and she asked us to do the same at her work place.

We cleaned the gutters using our skyvac gutter machine and was able to remove all of the leaves and debris from the gutters. Our customer was very happy with our service and has requested for us to return each year to remove and clean the gutter guards and clean the gutters.

Our clients recently asked us to clean the gutters on a number of their care homes in Birmingham. A very difficult gutter cleaning job without the correct equipment due to the very high guttering on their properties.

Some of the guttering was 4 storey’s high this leaves 2 options, either hiring and expensive cherry picker or use of our skyvac gutter cleaning machine.

Although the gutters were approximately 60ft in the air we were able to use a high level gutter cleaning machine to clean them safely and thoroughly from the ground, saving our clients money having not needed to hire expensive access equipment.

All of the gutters were unblocked and cleaned of all debris and we are pleased that the client was happy with the end result.

Our client had recently bought their property in Solihull and asked us to spruce up their conservatory before they moved in.

A client whose gutters we regularly clean asked if we could also clean their fascias and soffits. They had been neglected since they were installed and although the inside gutters were kept clear of moss and debris the outside of the guttering and fascias were starting to look a little unsightly.

We vacuumed the gutters as per usual and proceeded to clean the exterior of the gutters, fascias and soffits along with the windows which we clean for free as part of the service.
