The Build up of moss on a roof is not unsightly but can lead to blocked gutters and drains. Moss will only thrive on damp or wet surfaces and moisture retained in the roof tile enables moss spores to establish themselves and stick to the roof tiles.
We were asked to quote this client to just clean the gutters on their property and garage but they then decided to have their side roof and garage roof cleaned. As stated above due to all the moss on the garage roof it was causing the gutters to block and overflow.
We cleaned out all of the gutters with our skyvac and cleaned their roof by pressure washing the moss off. As you can see from the photo the final result was outstanding and we left knowing that our client was very happy with our work.
